I had an amazing therapeutic massage today and I would definitely recommend them, I feel so relaxed

've just been to see Andy at 365 fitness & therapy,for a deep tissue massage and we did cupping too he is such a lovely man, I instantly felt at ease and very chatty, I will definitely be returning for another massage as Andy realised I find it hard to relax, but right now I feel like alot of tension I've held has gone. I have a dodgy shoulder from a car crash combined with war wounds from an operation. I can't put in words how much it niggles the heck out of me from time to time! So... I decided to try 365 fitness and therapy and let Andy try his techniques to help me out. Firstly he loosened all the niggles out with his massage and then did something called cupping. Was in a while and he kept checking pressure was good for me. On day 2 I can't tell you how good the movement is that I've got! No nots, no grinding, no aches and moving my arm around feels sooooooo much easier. Can't thank him enough for his treatment - keep up the good work Andy! Have rebooked and will definitely be recommending you xx

I’ve had 2 cupping and massage therapy sessions with Andy now and it has relived so much tension in my neck and shoulders, I’m in the fitness industry so use my upper body a lot and this really helps keep me functioning without the aches and pain that I usually have. Andy does an amazing job and makes you feel super comfortable and always chatty, he is very knowledgeable about the muscles and treatments to aid them, I’ve booked my 3rd session and will continue to see him monthly. 100% recommend!

Andy seriously knows what he’s doing with his hands, by far the best therapy massage iv had, I left feeling relaxed and stress free especially after a hard day at work will definitely be making it a habit, cheers Andy.
